Prior to becoming President of Leasing and Manufacturing for ULTX and Procor, Kate held positions as President of Railcar Leasing / North America, President of Leasing, and VP of Portfolio and Services Strategy at UTLX. Prior to joining UTLX, Kate spent 20 years at GE Capital Rail Services where her roles included Chief Financial Officer for 6 years, and in her previous 14 years she held various positions in Finance and Accounting. Originally from the East Coast, Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Kate lives in the Chicago area where she enjoys cycling, snowboarding, and outdoor adventures, and she also loves volunteering. She is a current Board Member at the Railway Supply Institute (RSI), a Booster Club Board Member and Finance Chair for William Fremd High School, and she’s also a Community Volunteer for the Viator House of Hospitality. Kate also spent 10 years as a Board Member, League Commissioner, Coach and member of the Audit Committee for Palatine Community Baseball and Softball, and she spent 3 years with an Arlington Heights (IL) Organization as Vice Chairman. When she’s not leading teams or out on the trails, you’ll likely find Kate cheering on her three kids at volleyball matches.
