Great Christmas podcast, loved the music

I can't recommend the American Railroading Podcast enough! I thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas episode featuring Payton Riley and Bubba Westly. Their songs and stories were fantastic, highlighting their personalities and the passion behind their work.

Each episode I've heard has not only been informative, but Don and his guests have the ability to present different aspects of railroading in an exciting and passionate manner. You can't help but listen and feel the excitement they have for the rail industry.

I started listening to a ton of podcasts this year, and this is definitely one of my favorite ones I’ve discovered! It’s just really cool to learn it out of the railroad industries. I love it! Seeing a whole different side of the industry! Everyone should check it out.

I liked the (Pikes Peak Cog Railway) episode a lot. It actually inspired a spontaneous trip to Colorado in a few weeks.

Have enjoyed all the podcast episodes to date. I particularly liked the latest episode with Todd Tranausky of FTR. Very simple explanation of economic drivers and the impacts on rail. Would like to see this on a regular basis. Great job both Don and Todd. Thanks.

Rail is a part of America's fabric and Don is determined to keep telling its story. Each podcast episode takes the listener deep into that episode's topic. Required listening for all rail enthusiasts.

I just finished Episode 5. I loved it! I learned a lot about supply and demand. Inland ports make a lot of sense, how it's all connected. My favorite part was how Denson described how it use to be with products being touched many times and the product could and did drop in quality as a result, versus the container shipping now being a one-touch operation.

It was excellent! (episode 4) It was all good man, I got choked up a few times. My top 2 care package needs were always cigars and beef jerky.

Wow!!! You guys did a fantastic job (episode 3). Definitely Mayoral stamp of approval. Loved it! It was very well organized. I thought it was an 11 on content, delivery and execution. One of the best I've ever heard.

I really do enjoy how the podcast kicks off! Beyond that, the podcast is full of valuable information in a patriotic setting focused on the ‘All Things Rail’ scenario. After each of the 1st 2 episodes I’m left wondering what’s next and when?

This podcast is a good introduction to the U.S. railroad industry through the lens of current events. Don and his guests do a good job of explaining certain aspects of the industry without overloading listeners with railroad jargon. I’m a lifelong railroader and have learned new things from this podcast. Give it a listen!
