CEO, Evertrak
Tim is a U.S. Army veteran and the founder of a company that’s reshaping a fundamental piece of rail infrastructure: the railroad tie.
Evertrak manufactures glass fiber reinforced polymer ties made from recycled plastic, engineered to last 50+ years in track, with no creosote, no rot, and certified under AMR M-1003. The ties are already in use by Class I railroads and especially effective in high-decay zones where wood ties break down fast.
But Tim’s story goes deeper than product specs.
He’s building a team in St. Louis that includes many formerly incarcerated and homeless Americans, paying living wages and proving that U.S. manufacturing can still be a force for good. His leadership is rooted in discipline, grit, and a belief in building things that last, whether it’s rail infrastructure or opportunity.
